Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Period

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@orientaway.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm the return address and provide instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. CHILIS LAB SL is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, CHILIS LAB SL will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been tampered with, used, altered, or returned without the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@orientaway.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
