1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website orientaway.com and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms. orientaway.com is owned and operated by CHILIS LAB SL, a company registered in Spain, with its registered office at Calle de Parcerisa, 13, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. 2. DEFINITIONS

“Seller” refers to CHILIS LAB SL, the entity that sells products through orientaway.com.

“Buyer” refers to the consumer, a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.

3. PRODUCTS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

CHILIS LAB SL sells and the Buyer purchases, remotely via electronic means, the tangible consumer goods listed and offered for sale on orientaway.com. The contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order through the online order form. Once the order is received, CHILIS LAB SL will send the Buyer a confirmation email summarizing the order details.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

CHILIS LAB SL currently accepts cash on delivery as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery of the product. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 days from receipt of the returned item.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CHILIS LAB SL ships to all European Union countries via partner couriers. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from shipment and may vary depending on the destination country. If CHILIS LAB SL is unable to fulfill an order within the expected timeframe, the Buyer will be promptly informed by email.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, CHILIS LAB SL will notify the Buyer via email and issue a full refund of the amount paid.

7. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Shipping costs, where applicable, are included in the product price displayed at checkout. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must verify that the number of packages matches the transport document and that the packaging is intact. In case of visible damage, the Buyer must accept the goods with a written reservation on the courier’s delivery note or refuse the delivery and immediately report the issue to info@orientaway.com.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CHILIS LAB SL shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control. In the event of non-performance of the contract due to causes not attributable to CHILIS LAB SL, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

9. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer agrees to pay the price of the purchased product as specified in the Contract. By completing and submitting the order form, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform CHILIS LAB SL in writing at info@orientaway.com, stating the order number and a clear declaration of intent to withdraw. The product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, in its original condition and packaging. CHILIS LAB SL will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

11. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

CHILIS LAB SL grants the Buyer the right to exchange a product for the same item within 14 calendar days from receipt. Exchange requests must be sent to info@orientaway.com, indicating the order number and product details. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is processed by CHILIS LAB SL in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy available at orientaway.com/privacy-policy-2. Data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order and fulfilling legal obligations and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfillment.

14. APPLICABLE LAW
